Gordon Reykdal Homes Northwest, LLC, a Pacific Northwest home builder, is a licensed general contractor in Washington State who designs and builds quality master planned communities, single family rambler and custom homes, and “ADU” Accessory Dwelling Units to fit each customer’s unique tastes and budget. From a flat city lot to the side of a mountain off the main road, we can put your home almost anywhere. You can bring us your plans, use one of ours, or we can design a home uniquely yours.

We are a full-service custom home builder too. You provide us an approved lot. Our home building services, include preparing your lot, installing water and electrical, building your septic system, and building your driveway. We provide a fixed price for your house construction; not cost plus which can often run over your budget.
